I am new to the country, and someone offered me this Universal Insurance, I am paying $200 per month in an insurance. I was even told that in 20 years I will not be paying this insurance, I can withdraw the investment and my money will be earning 18% interest rate. Since I was struggling with the payment, A friend told me to see Joem for second opinion. Joem did a FI “Financial Investigation” she discussed with me my policy and to my surprised what the insurance agent told me was a lie since in my payment schedule I will continue paying my insurance payment till age 100 and the payment is annual renewable term, ART, which Joem clearly explained to me using all her visual aids. I am so glad I learned this Universal or IRP insurance that it is not the right insurance or investment for me.
